It’s another one for CUNA Mutual Group with the 6th Building Society partner agreeing to terms for the distribution of Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance.
The Saffron Building Society represents a significant partner for us [CUNA Mutual Group]. The Society based in Saffron Walden, Essex, has in excess of 125,000 members, and celebrated its 160th trading year in 2009, a testament to the services and support it provides to its member base. The Society employs over 120 people locally through its 12 branch network, and Head Office call centre. The Society’s Ladybird children’s account is regularly ranked as one of the best performing accounts for children.
The Societies vision statement sums it up – ‘Quality staff who understand our customers’ needs, providing genuinely outstanding service, backed up by a product range that offers real value for money’.
The Society launch date of 1st November has been agreed. All at CUNA are looking forward to working with them.
